It all began with an idea - how could we bring Brentwood’s incredible produce to the world? Building off our success as the founders of the viral Kaya Bakery popup, we were determined to put a spin on the classics. High quality, local ingredients. Fine pastry techniques. And a love for serving our community. It’s our goal to become Brentwood’s go-to local ice cream shop.
