One of the joys of farm-to-scoop ice cream is that our menu changes with the seasons. We follow the harvest, which means certain flavors only appear when the fruit is at its peak.
Here's your complete guide to what's scooping when in 2025.
Spring (March–May)
April: Strawberry Season
Jammy Strawberry returns! Made with Chao's Farm strawberries, this is our most anticipated seasonal flavor.
What makes it special: We roast the strawberries before folding them into the ice cream, concentrating their sweetness and creating those beautiful jammy ribbons.

Cherry Bomb Sundae also returns—chocolate ice cream + cherry jam + fudge brownies.
June–July: Peach & Nectarine Season
Snow White Peach — Dairy-free and intensely peachy. Made with white peaches from Bacchini's Farm.
Peach Royale Sundae — Milk ice cream + peach jam + cobbler crust.
July: Blueberry Season
NY Blueberry Cheesecake — Victoria Island Farms blueberries swirled with cheesecake ice cream and graham cracker crumbles.

Fall (September–November)
September–October: Apple & Fig Season
Caramel Apple Pie — Made with apples from Brentwood Orchards, cinnamon ice cream, and pie crust pieces.

Pumpkin Pie — Available for a limited time around Halloween. Real pumpkin, real spices, real delicious.
